Lisa Braun Storhaug

Lisa Braun Storhaug, 62, passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at home surrounded by family. Born in Zaragoza Spain, she was the daughter of Sandy Russell and the late Cecil (Buz) Braun. Growing up in a military family she lived in Great Falls, Montana; Bellevue, Nebraska; San Antonio, Texas and Aurora, Colorado. Lisa graduated from Smoky Hill High School and the University of Colorado with a degree in Business Marketing. She went on to work at ISEC, a national design firm specializing in custom interior construction finishes, attaining the position of Director of Marketing. Thirty-eight years ago, she married David Storhaug and they moved to Frisco, Texas, where they started their family. Desiring to be a stay-at-home mom, she and her friends created a business called Wallscapes, which specialized in unique wall treatments for homes and businesses. Lisa and David moved on to Tampa, Florida, where she again put her creativity and talent into designing custom interiors while prioritizing her family. Lisa and David have called Reinholds home for 18 years, and are members of the Worship Center, where Lisa served faithfully on the Casserole Ministry. In 2018, Lisa was blessed with a new career at IU13, where she brought creativity and professionalism to her role. She was known for her loyalty and helpfulness to her co-workers and made many cherished friends there. Lisa’s strong Christian faith has given her a heart of compassion and service for others. She will forever be remembered for her kindness, hospitality, and ready smile. Surviving Lisa are her husband, David, their daughter and son-in-law, Marissa and Andrew Santo and granddaughters, Mackenzie and Payton Santo. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her sister, Shari, and brother-in-law, Chris Stroud and nephews, Tony and Aaron Stroud. “She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh without fear of the future.” Proverbs 31:25-31 Relatives and friends are invited to attend Lisa’s Memorial Service at The Groffs Family Funeral Home, 528 W. Orange Street, Lancaster, PA, on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Amos Dienner officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
